A retreat in the rescued pre-famine village of Cill Rialaig on Bolus Head, County Kerry, on Ireland's Atlantic coast. Artists stay free of charge in self-catering individual house-studios (a small contribution toward utilities is requested); there is no stipend. From 2026 the residency is open to visual artists, musicians, and writers. The selection panel sits twice yearly, with an annual September deadline.
